Return & Refund Policy

We accept returns for both defective and non-defective products under the following conditions:

 

  • Return Window: Items must be returned within 3 days of delivery
  • Condition: Products must be new, unused, and in original packaging
  • Return Method: Returns may be made in-store or at an approved drop-off location
  • Restocking Fee: A 10% restocking fee applies to all returns

Refund Processing: Refunds are issued within 7 days after we receive and inspect the returned item

Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned, including:

  • Downloadable software
  • Health & personal care items
  • Perishables (food, flowers, etc.)
  • Hazardous materials
  • Flammable liquids or gases

Exchanges

Exchanges are only available for defective or damaged items.
If you receive a damaged product, please contact us for a replacement of the same item.
