Return & Refund Policy

We accept returns for both defective and non-defective products under the following conditions:

Return Window: Items must be returned within 3 days of delivery
Condition: Products must be new, unused, and in original packaging
Return Method: Returns may be made in-store or at an approved drop-off location
Restocking Fee: A 10% restocking fee applies to all returns

Refund Processing: Refunds are issued within 7 days after we receive and inspect the returned item

Non-Returnable Items

Health & personal care items
Perishables (food, flowers, etc.)
Hazardous materials
Flammable liquids or gases

Exchanges

Exchanges are only available for defective or damaged items.
