This 60-gallon low-profile tank is exactly what I needed for my detailing setup! It’s compact enough to fit perfectly in my pickup without taking up too much room, yet it still holds enough water to get me through 5–6 cars easily. I really like the molded tie-down slots too—they keep it secure while driving. Strong, reliable, and space-saving!

Massive tank. Holds tons of water, fits under the rear rack without sticking out. Good buy for big jobs.

I picked this 60-gal low profile tank for my detailing van. Because it’s heavy-duty and low, I don’t lose headroom or visibility when loaded. It’s bulky but has been solid—no leaks so far. Just make sure you’ve got straps to lock it in tight so it doesn’t slide or slosh when you stop.

So here’s my story with the 60-gal tank: I used it last weekend on a full-day job—three big SUVs + two sedans + a wash + wax. I filled the tank in the morning, strapped it down, and didn’t worry about running out until after everything was done. The low profile means I still had space for other gear in the van. Material feels thick and tough; left outside in blazing sun for hours, no warping or soft spots.
A few caveats: when it’s full, moving it is heavy—plan to fill it when it’s already in position. The outlet taps are okay, but I needed a wider hose for better flow (else rinsing was slower). Also, fun fact: sloshing is audible when braking & accelerating—nothing serious, but if you haul on rough roads you’ll notice.
Overall, really happy with it. Best for serious mobile detailers doing big jobs regularly.

First time I saw the 60-gal tank I thought: “Whoa, that’s gonna eat half my van.” But no—it’s surprisingly sleek. I roll up to a job, open the back, and it’s tucked in neat. I filled it at a water source, cleaned two big trucks, rims, upholstery, etc., and still had enough left for rinse outs.
Downside: my partner complains it sounds like a whale when I brake—sloshing water. Also, the sheer size means you need good support underneath so it doesn’t sag your van bed. But otherwise, it felt like bringing a portable lake with me, which is awesome for big detailing days.
