Return & Refund Policy

At StreamDrive Detail – Premium Car Detailing Products in Monrovia, CA, customer satisfaction is our priority. We take pride in providing high-quality detailing products trusted by professionals and enthusiasts across the San Gabriel Valley.

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, returns are accepted under the following conditions:

Return Window: Items must be returned within 3 days of delivery.
Eligible Condition:
Products must be new, unused, unopened, and in original packaging.
Return Method: Returns can be made in-store or via an approved drop-off location.
Restocking Fee: A 10% restocking fee applies to all returned items.
Refund Processing: Refunds are processed within 7 business days after the returned item is received and inspected.

Non-Returnable / Non-Refundable Items

The following items cannot be returned or refunded under any circumstances:

  • Opened, used, or partially used products

  • Items with broken seals, damaged packaging, or missing parts

  • Products damaged after delivery

  • Gift cards

  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

Exchanges

We currently do not offer exchanges, except for items that arrive defective or damaged.
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us immediately — we’ll arrange a replacement of the same item at no extra charge.
