Return & Refund Policy

At StreamDrive Detail – Premium Car Detailing Products, customer satisfaction is our priority. We stand behind the quality of our products and proudly serve customers across California.

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, returns are accepted under the following conditions:

• Return Window: Items must be returned within 3 days of delivery
  
  
• Eligible Condition: Products must be new, unused, unopened, and in original packaging
  
  
• Return Method: Returns may be made in-store or via an approved drop-off location
  
  
• Restocking Fee: A 10% restocking fee applies to all returned items
  
  
• Refund Processing: Refunds are processed within 7 business days after the item is received and inspected

Non-Returnable / Non-Refundable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund under any circumstances:

Exchanges

We currently do not offer exchanges, except in cases where items arrive defective or damaged.

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us immediately. We will arrange a replacement of the same item at no additional cost.
